Elkton (Md.) four-star offensive lineman Khaliel Rodgers had been waiting on a scholarship offer from USC since he visited Los Angeles with his teammates Kenny Bigelow and David Sills last year. Two weeks ago, USC ended the wait. Wednesday, Rodgers put a halt to the recruiting process with a commitment.
