Seemingly the trend at the moment for prospects hailing from the state of Ohio is to commit early in the process. One player however who is bucking that trend is Adreian Payne. The highly talented interior player is taking his time, and says he has no plans to speed up the recruiting process.

At times it was a tough season for Payne on the basketball floor. He often times faced double and triple teams. Those types of sagging defenses limited his touches, and in turn slowed down his production.
