Stoops to Alexander: 'Hello'












In numerous recent years in-state prospects have voiced complaints about the level of Oklahoma interest and no area has had more to say about it than elite Tulsa area prospects. However, prior to Monday it's likely there is little left to say with the Sooners holding commitments from arguably the city's three most successful programs in recent years - Jenks, Union, and East Central all boasting Sooner commitments on their roster.

And now a city program that takes second to no program in the state in terms of talent production over the last 25 years or more can add one of their own to the list of Tulsa area prep stars to Oklahoma's class of 2013. That's because Tulsa Booker T. Washington three star athlete Dominique Alexander - after decommitting from Arkansas earlier in the day - made his pledge to Bob Stoops tonight.

Funny enough it was a recent bit of fame for the Sooners head man that got Alexander started on the decision he'd had made since visiting Norman for the Notre Dame weekend.
