In track and field, senior heptathlete Diana Pickler broke the school and conference record in the heptathlon and was named as the conference's women's track athlete of the week
In rowing, the Cougars defeated the Huskies for the third consecutive year as the varsity eight and second varsity eight both were victorious at the Apple Cup regatta.
In men's hoop, junior guard Omar Wilkes will not return for his senior season and junior center DeVon Hardin has made himself available for the NBA draft but will not sign with an agent. Assistant coach Dennis Gates was hired as an assistant coach at Northern Illinois.
In men's golf, freshman Rory Hie was named as the conference's golfer of the month for March.

In track and field, the Sun Devil women were ranked #1 in the nation in some of the latest polls while the men came in at #7.
