In track and field, Wazzu heptathletes Angela Jensen and Jasmine Johnson-McKeown and decathlete Kyle Schauble all scored points for the Cougars in the Pac-10 Combined Events Championships in Berkeley last week.
In baseball, Wazzu swept California to improve to 25-17 overall and 9-9 in conference play with an RPI of 47.
In men's golf, senior Kevin Tucker was invited to the NCAA Regionals as an individual and seeded eighth.
In football, Wazzu signed JC defensive lineman Steven Hoffart for the 2010 season.

In football, senior defensive lineman Christian Tupou is expected to miss the 2010 season due to a knee injury.

In men's hoop, Oregon hired assistant coach Brian Fish.
Stanford
In women's hoop, redshirt junior guard JJ Hones was dismissed from the team for a reported team rules violation.
Washington
In football, Husky football player Andru Pulu was sentenced to six months in jail for his role in a campus fight in March.
Arizona
In men's hoop, Ryan Reynolds was promoted to director of basketball operations.
UCLA
In baseball, freshman outfielder Beau Amaral was named as the conference's player of the week.
California
In football, California will play their 2011 home games at AT&T Park while Memorial Stadium is being renovated.

In football, John Wrenn was named as the director of football operations for the Sun Devils.
