In football, offensive lineman Brent McNeil quit the team.
Arizona State
In women's soccer, the Sun Devils defeated Old Dominion and tied Virginia to move to 3-1-1 overall on the year.
WSU
In soccer, 43rd-ranked Wazzu defeated Gonzaga but lost to Florida State to move to 3-2 overall on the year.
In volleyball, Wazzu defeated Utah Valley and Weber State to begin the season at 7-0 overall. Senior setter Renee Bordelon was named as the conference's player of the week.
In football, the Cougars lost to Stanford in their season opener and receiver Kevin Norrell was dismissed from the team.
California
In volleyball, the Bears defeated Hawai'i to move to 3-3 overall.
Washington
In men's soccer, the Huskies fell to Virginia, 2-1, in overtime, to fall to 1-2 overall on the year.
Arizona
In women's soccer, the Wildcats grabbed their first win of the season with a 2-1 defeat of Old Dominion to move to 1-3-1 overall.
USC
In women's soccer, the Women of Troy were defeated by Ohio State to drop to 1-3 overall on the year.
UCLA
In football, defensive back Aaron Hester broke his fibula and is expected to be out for at least three weeks.
