All-conference teams were announced at the Creek in football and volleyball.

Meanwhile, at NCAA HQ, six volleyball teams were invited to the NCAA Tournament – Arizona, Stanford, Washington, USC, California and UCLA – and will play their first round matches this week. UCLA women's soccer advances to the Final Four and plays Florida State for a chance to return to the title game.

Oregon State

Offensive lineman Jeremy Perry was named as the conference's co-freshman of the year in football.

In men's hoop, the Beavers lost to Fresno State to drop to 1-2 overall on the year.

In women's hoop, OSU defeated Drake to remain undefeated at 3-0 overall on the year.

UCLA

Head football coach Karl Dorrell was named as the conference's Co-Coach of the Year.

In men's hoop, the 16th-ranked Bruins lost to Memphis, but defeated Drexel and Albany to move to 5-1 overall on the year.

In women's hoop, UCLA defeated Georgia and Charlotte to improve to 2-2 overall on the year. Senior guard Lisa Willis was named as the conference's player of the week.

California

California defeated Wake Forest, 3-2 in double overtime, to move into the Elite Eight in the NCAA Men's Soccer tournament.

In men's hoop. The Bears defeated Northern Colorado and Northeastern to improve to 4-1 overall this year. Sophomore center DeVon Hardin was named as the conference's player of the week.

In women's hoop, California lost to Baylor to drop to 4-2 overall this year.

Oregon

Haloti Ngata was named as the conference's co-defensive player of the year in football.

In men's hoop, the Ducks defeated Rice to remain undefeated at 4-0 on the yeart.

In women's hoop, Oregon defeated Arkansas and Drake to improve to 5-1 overall on the year.

WSU

In men's hoop, the Cougars lost to BYU but defeated Idaho to move to 2-1 overall on the year.

In women's hoop, Wazzu lost to Hawai'i but defeated Idaho State and Cal State-Northridge to improve to 4-1 overall on the year.

In volleyball, the Cougars dropped their season-ending match to Washington and finished the year at 9-22 overall and 2-16 in conference play.

Arizona State

The Sun Devils defeated Arizona, 23-20, to improve to 6-5 overall and 4-4 in conference play. Dale Robinson was named as the conference's co-defensive player of the year in football.

In men's hoop, the Sun Devils defeated Alcorn State, Southern Utah and UC-Santa Barbara to remain undefeated at 3-0 overall this year.

In women's hoop, 15th-ranked ASU lost to North Carolina but defeated Mississippi State to move to 4-1 overall on the year.

Washington

Head volleyball coach Jim McLaughlin and senior outside hitter Sanja Tomasevic were named as the conference's coach and player of the year, respectively.

In men's hoop, the 18th-ranked Huskies defeated Loyola Marymount to remain undefeated at 6-0 on the year.

In women's hoop, Washington defeated Utah, Rice and San Diego to remain undefeated at 5-0 on the year.

Stanford

The Cardinal lost their season-ending game to Notre Dame, 38-31, to finish the year at 5-6 overall and 4-4 in conference play.

In men's hoop, the Cardinal defeated San Francisco and Cal Poly to improve to 2-1 overall on the year.

In women's hoop, 12th-ranked Stanford defeated Fresno State and Texas Tech to improve to 3-1 overall this year.

Arizona

The Wildcats lost to Arizona State, 23-20, to finish their year at 3-8 overall and 2-6 in conference play. Receiver Michael Thomas was named as the conference's co-freshman of the year.

In men's hoop, 13th-ranked Arizona lost to Michigan State but defeated Virginia to move to 2-2 on the year.

In women's hoop, the Wildcats lost to Central Connecticut State and Utah to drop to 2-2 overall on the year.

USC

Head football coach Pete Carroll was named as the conference's co-coach of the year.

In men's hoop, USC lost to Oral Roberts but defeated Eastern Washington and Alaska-Anchorage to improve to 2-2 overall on the year.

In women's hoop, the Women of Troy lost to Long Beach State and Notre dame to fall to 2-2 overall on the year.
