Wazzu Busts Broncs

That didn't take long. Just a mere two games into the season and the Washington State University women's basketball team has recorded their first victory of the year - an 85-76 victory over the Boise State University Broncos. The victory broke the Broncos' 19-game home winning streak.
Freshman April Cook, with 18 points, led five players in double-figure scoring, while Katie Appleton racked up 16, Jazmine Perkins added 15, Rosie Tarnowski tossed in 13 and Heather Molzen chipped in 11. Molzen also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds.
